A Call To Action

by Scott H. Silverman on November 21, 2009

Right now in the state of California, there are 33 state prisons housing 175,000 inmates, costing the California state tax payer 11 billion dollars. 95% of those people that sit in those 33 prisons will be getting out. Second Chance has found a way to solve this problem.
